little natural light slow replenishment
My room faced an interior shaft! It had very little natural light. The soundproofing was bad. I heard staff and other guests frequently. Breakfast was a letdown. Items ran out early! Replenishment was slow.

location is good but with some drawbacks
the location was undeniably convenient, right in the city center.
The room was quite small. I could barely open my luggage without rearranging the furniture (a bit annoying, honestly).

helpful staff complimentary pastry
the staff was helpful the location is central to everything. i received complimentary pastry and port upon arrival a very nice touch.
the room was very small i found it difficult to open my luggage fully inside

central location, but some issues
small room early morning noise
The room size was definitely a letdown. It felt quite cramped. opening luggage was a challenge due to the limited space. also, i found the noise from the cleaning staff early in the morning to be disruptive. it wasn't the restful stay i had hoped for

portuguese wine comfortable room central location
the staff greeted me with a refreshing glass of portuguese wine and a pastel de nata upon arrival. my room was comfortable and spacious, a good size for my needs. the location was excellent, providing easy access to buses, the metro, and many restaurants.
the room was tiny, it was a problem if you are claustrophobic.
